My experience at Group 1 Van Centre Dartford could have been better because I am currently on crutches due to a motorcycle crash and although this does not stop me driving an automatic I find it very difficult to walk. When I arrived at the dealership I asked the salesman if that were any marks on the vehicle that I need to be made aware as I couldn't walk around the vehicle properly to have a good look. I was advised that there were a few stone chips on the front which they had touched up which is understandable for a vehicle of almost a year old. What wasn't explained or shown to me was the dent on the tailgate which I wasn't aware of until my wife pointed it out when I got home. Why cannot people just be honest?!?
My experience at Group 1 Van Centre Dartford was cracking because Paul and Kam were polite, professional and knew all the technical bits about the vehicle. A pleasant experience and I will be using the centre again.
